As you can see in our tutorial videos we recommend running all of your 12V accessories and panels straight from your trolling motor batteries. Simply choose one of the batteries in your configuration; + and- on each battery is 12V (this is another case where the drop in 24v/36v solutions have some drawbacks). In this way you isolate your starting battery using it solely for starting your big motor.
