GLine Battery Platinum 11 Year Warranty
GLine carries one of the best battery warranties in the business. We are CONFIDENT that these batteries will work in your boat. If you are not satisfied with the performance, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days.
For a period of three years after purchase, if your battery fails due to manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the battery is found to be unrecoverable, the customer will be offered replacement of the battery (or batteries of equal AH rating) at a 33% discount reflecting current market price. The warranty is nontransferable except in the case of an authorized dealer sale. GLine is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by the use of our batteries.
Bluetooth functionality, errors, problems, or Bluetooth intrusions are NOT covered by this warranty.
Warranty voiding events:
*Use in anything other than a boat rigged with an outboard motor (it’s called a marine battery for a reason and the BMS is specifically designed for outboard motors and the draw of trolling motors and marine accessories).
*Physical damage. This can include but not limited to dropping, submersion in water, improper maintenance when used in saltwater, or any other modifications made by the customer.
*Internal damage to BMS or cells due to overcharging, storage for over 12 months with no charge, or improper charging. To avoid battery damage, you should always put a full charge to your battery before long term storage (over 2 months). The “lithium” charger setting must always be used when charging GLine batteries, and we are not responsible for any damage caused by using a non-lithium charger or setting.
*Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (below freezing and above 100F). This will cause the batteries to refuse a charge and the cells to prematurely expire.
*Improper installation. Please rig your batteries correctly – we provide diagrams for 12/24/36v systems.
*Previous replacement. After a battery has been replaced, additional warranty issues will be resolved by offering a 33% discount off the cost of a replacement battery. For example if a customer ordered 2 batteries and has had 2 batteries replaced, any additional warranty claims will only be eligible for the 33% discount off a new battery.
